Holy Schmoley it has already been six days?! Wow. I think I am going to turn this into a series of reviews instead of seven-part series’. If you have any suggestions for fun names or titles for this series, please leave them in the comments below! I was thinking something along the lines of “Babies Poop on These, How Great Are They?!” Or, y’know, maybe not that. I was also considering doing video reviews/demonstrations of what each product that I test does! Lots of things in the works.
But, Dear Sweet Emily, today is not the day to discuss business. Today is the day to discuss sleep. Box sleep. It has been six days of box sleeping for us and yesterday we used the box LITERALLY. ALL. DAY. Daddy decided that he would use it to “contain the beast” while he cleaned, and he created his own little Where’s Waldo with it. (Can you find the Beans?)
I did not find this as funny as nearly everyone on the internet did. Even though he was being silly, she was still very happy in her corrugated crib. I can’t believe we are at the end of our week with the box so soon! I can say with complete honesty that I will be very sad the day she grows out of it, and that we plan on keeping the box we currently have until that day comes, and then lovingly passing it on to someone who could use it.
Night six was the best night we have had sleeping on our back, flat, without moving, yet. We swaddled the cranky beans at 9:45pm (back to consistency. FOR SCIENCE. It’s official, I have been doing things for science for a week now. I am a scientist. NASA, if you’re hiring…) and put her down at 10pm. She had eaten at 8pm so I was expecting her to wake up around midnight at the latest. Never have I been so surprised to wake up at 7 in the morning. I woke up ON MY OWN, and she was still comfortably passed out in her happy little box crib. I had a chance to do my makeup, which never happens anymore, (and I am feeling especially “on fleek” today, if I do say so myself) and eat a healthy breakfast of a can of soda. She was up for the day at 8am on the dot.
Last night made up for the lack of greatness on night five tenfold. Last night… that was my favorite night yet. So extra points for Mom-Fleekiness.
Night 6 Score out of Ten: 13 and one fleek/10
Tomorrow will not be a daily blog, it will be a video demonstration on the BBCFBB but we will tally all of the scores tomorrow! I hope everyone is having an day filled with fleek, and I will talk to you tomorrow! Go forth and Spread the Happy!

I had the Bravado Dream Nursing Tank shipped to my sister and she lived in it for the first few weeks after her daughter was born. Thank you!
